All intellectual property remains with Saiwalo Labs Inc. Reverse engineering, competitive development, and malicious use are strictly prohibited.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
5. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SAIWALO LABS INC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Delaware courts.
