This Privacy Policy describes how Saiwalo Labs Inc ("Saiwalo Labs," "we," "us," or "our") processes operational metadata and partner communications. As an independent deep-tech foundry, we prioritize data isolation, minimal data footprint, and confidentiality across all technology evaluations and diligence discussions.
1. Categories of Information Handled
- Enterprise Diligence & Contact Records: Name, organizational affiliation, and communication logs submitted directly by corporate development, investment, or technical acquisition representatives.
- Technical Diagnostic Metrics: Anonymized hardware timing parameters, memory bounds, and kernel telemetry generated during sandboxed evaluations to guarantee mathematical stability.
- Perimeter Security Telemetry: Standard network protocol logs and cryptographic session headers used solely to maintain infrastructure integrity and prevent unauthorized access.
2. Non-Commercialization Guarantee
Saiwalo Labs Inc never sells, monetizes, or shares enterprise contact data or evaluation telemetry with third-party advertisers. All technical disclosures are conducted under bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
3. Statutory Compliance (GDPR / CCPA)

These Terms govern access to the Saiwalo Labs Inc online infrastructure, research whitepapers, and pre-commercial technology evaluations across MycoPulse, Zoe CTFI, and Sophia.
1. Proprietary Intellectual Property Rights
All mathematical algorithms, bare-metal kernels, continuous dynamical field solvers, hardware layout designs, and brand assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Saiwalo Labs Inc prior to the formal execution of a definitive acquisition or licensing agreement. Reverse engineering, unauthorized decompilation, or model extraction is strictly prohibited.
2. Pre-Commercial Evaluation Disclaimers
UNLESS EXPRESSLY SPECIFIED IN A WRITTEN ACQUISITION OR COMMERCIAL LICENSING CONTRACT SIGNED BY AN AUTHORIZED OFFICER, ALL EXPERIMENTAL ARCHITECTURES AND BENCHMARK SCHEMATICS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
3. Limitation of Liability
SAIWALO LABS INC AND ITS OFFICERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAPPROVED DEPLOYMENTS OR INDEPENDENT MODIFICATIONS OUTSIDE LICENSED SCOPE.
4. Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms and any related IP acquisition disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States corporate statutes.
